Register a commitment in the Nutrition Accountability Framework
We look forward to your registration of a SMART commitment to contribute to stepping up the efforts towards ending malnutrition in all forms.
The commitment registration form is intended to facilitate the registration of Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound (SMART) nutrition commitments, including for the Nutrition for Growth (N4G) Summit. If the commitment is designated for N4G Paris, it must meet the criteria set out in the N4G Paris Commitment Guide (English and in French).
The online form does not allow saving progress to return later to complete a submission. Therefore, we recommend preparing your information in advance using a copy of the form (available at the bottom of: https://globalnutritionreport.org/resources/naf/about/platform-guide/). That PDF is for your own use only; commitment registration is valid only if the online version of the commitment form is filled within and submitted through the Nutrition Accountability Framework (NAF) platform.
Compulsory fields are indicated with an asterisk (*).
Please complete the form in English, so that you maintain control of translation. If that is not possible, please contact [email protected] for recommendations on translation software to support. The French and Spanish copies of the PDF form and the translation feature within the online form are provided for your convenience.
Once your information is prepared offline, you would then sign in to the system to fill the online commitment registration form and submit your commitment in the NAF platform. As mentioned, the form may not save progress for later, so we recommend submitting your first commitment, then perhaps taking a pause before going back into the NAF platform to submit any subsequent commitment(s).
Each commitment constitutes a separate submission. Once you submit your first commitment you will have the option to register additional ones. Registration and reporting will now be at the commitment level; the NAF is no longer requesting individual goals within a larger commitment. The commitments themselves should be SMART and trackable.
Commitments will be publicly shared by the Global Nutrition Report, which will track and request progress reports on the commitments registered in the NAF.
